Take a tour of our site.....we hope you find your visit to be enjoyable and that you find a plant or two to add to your collection.

We have a definite passion for all aspects of orchid growing and collecting.  Our goal is to  help our customers become world class orchid growers.  You may sign up for our free monthly emails containing a wealth of  cultural information and other areas of  interest, including seasonal reminders.  We will continue to add to the variety of species available, as many are becoming  increasingly rare and  endangered.  You will also benefit from our research into proven bloodlines  exhibited in the plants we offer.  Our hope is that by visiting our website,  you will learn at least one idea that will greatly improve your orchid growing experience.

We are proud of the quality  plants  we offer and know you will feel the same once you have one or more of our prized orchids.  We look forward to hearing from you!!

Pictured below is Dtps. Newberry Parfait 'Picotee' AM/AOS.   We have a large group of this beautiful orchid available now in spike or blooming in our greenhouse. To see the price of this and other plants that we have available, click on the Store tab above.   You will find plants in their growing containers, or you can purchase one, or more, plants in decorative containers, which are attractively arranged using moss and curly willow.

Look at one of our more recent awards from the American Orchid Society.  On Saturday, January 14, 2006, we exhibited a group of Phragmapedium besseae at the regional judging center in Atlanta.  We hoped to win at least one quality award from the group.  Imagine our surprise when we received six quality awards - three Award of Merit (AM), two Highly Commendable Certificate (HCC) and an Award of Quality (AQ) for a group of 12 besseae  of the same cross!  Terry Root is the hybridizer.  See the group pictured below.

We accept personal checks, cash, money orders, Visa/Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and  PayPal.  In winter, we use heat packs and insulated cartons,  as needed,  or in extreme conditions, we will  hold your order until weather conditions improve.  We prefer to ship two day via Fed Ex at cost to be determined at the time of your order.  Packing and handling is at cost and we can quote you a total cost before shipping.  We prefer to ship "In-Pot",  as our plants are established in our mix.  If you prefer, we will certainly ship bare root.

If there is a problem with your order, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can help resolve any concerns.  We will only ship what we ourselves would be proud to grow.
